A person with Autism may act differently from other persons, they may find it hard to understand how other people think or feel ... but in MY humble opinion, I believe that the overwhelming intelligence of a person with Autism exceeds that of most of the people walking around on mother earth today. Loud noises, bright lights, stress, uncomfortable situations, anxiety, new situations or environments, dramatic change, and social expectations are thing we ALL have trouble with. • We do offer combined shipping, and if your check out total is higher than you think it should be, we will refund you the difference from the actual cost. Orders will be shipped with tracking, and every care will be taken to secure your purchase. Normal postage delivery may cause the hair to break slightly at the ends ... (it looks like Ramen Noodles :) )
• Almost every order will be created just for you. This may mean a slight delay in the shipping, but usually we have them out to you within 3-4 days.. Resin takes up to 72 hours to cure & may have some bubbles (although we try very hard to minimalize them), bubbles are part of the end product that we rarely completely avoid.
• EVERY single order is considered custom, which means we are creating it just for you. Your color option choices make your creation uniquely yours. As with all resin creations, we have no control over the exact bleed of one color into another, and if you like the above product we will try our best to mimic it as closely as possible. We take enormous pride in our creations, literally do a happy dance with every order, package the order the way we would like to receive it, and excitedly wait to hear your thoughts! You matter to us!
• COLORING: Even clear is not really clear. The color on the bottle indicates a color that is obtainable with a heavy mica load. It's a reference to the color, and the color result when added to the resin will be a variation of that color. We do well in getting really close, but exact is never possible.
• Bulk pricing: Everyone is offered bulk pricing, and we are happy to work with your organization to bring you the quantity you require. Pre-payment will be required at the time of order, and reduced pricing is effective immediately. If you are local, please select the Pick-up in Store option to save the delivery fees.
• RETURNS: Due to the nature of custom orders, we do not accept returns. We do hope you do not need to consider a return, and are very happy to communicate with you through the entire process to show you preview photos of your creations before they ship.
